I went on my first skiing trip in St. Anton am Arlberg last week and needed some lessons to get comfortable to ski. I had a great chat at the office and felt more comfortable right away. Tom helped me out and was such a friendly, patient and helpful guide. He taught me the basics of skiing in 2 days and made me enjoy skiing :) ….
